How to Setup ihos DNS
Follow these simple steps to start using ihos DNS on your device
Windows 10/11
- 1.Open Settings and go to Network & Internet
- 2.Click on your connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) and select Properties
- 3.Scroll down to IP settings and click Edit
- 4.Change to Manual and enable IPv4
- 5.Enter DNS servers:Preferred DNS:176.100.37.50
- 6.Click Save
macOS
- 1.Open System Preferences and click Network
- 2.Select your active connection and click Advanced
- 3.Go to the DNS tab
- 4.Click the + button and add:176.100.37.502a0e:97c0:3ea:528::1
- 5.Click OK and then Apply
Linux
- 1.Open your network settings (varies by distribution)
- 2.Select your connection and edit settings
- 3.Go to IPv4 or IPv6 settings
- 4.Set DNS servers to:176.100.37.502a0e:97c0:3ea:528::1
- 5.Save and reconnect to your network
Android
- 1.Open Settings and go to Network & Internet
- 2.Tap on Wi-Fi and long-press your network
- 3.Select Modify Network and show Advanced options
- 4.Change IP settings to Static
- 5.Enter DNS servers:DNS 1:176.100.37.50
- 6.Save changes
iOS / iPadOS
- 1.Open Settings and tap Wi-Fi
- 2.Tap the (i) icon next to your network
- 3.Tap Configure DNS and select Manual
- 4.Remove existing DNS servers
- 5.Add DNS servers:176.100.37.502a0e:97c0:3ea:528::1
- 6.Tap Save
Router Setup (Recommended)
Protect all devices on your network at once
- 1.Access your router admin panel (usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1)
- 2.Find DNS settings (usually under WAN or Internet settings)

- 4.Save settings and restart your router
